PROCESSING
The cleaned cherries are stoned and pickled in sugar syrup that gives the cherry the typical deep dark red, firm, slightly crunchy skin and very sweet taste. After this process, the cherries are slightly dried and given a treatment with dextrose.

A happy & healthy addition to your product.

At this moment we supply Amarena cherries with dextrose.

Feel free to ask us for a product that is not on our standard list as chances are we can supply that one too.
