A young banana tree needs about 4 to 5 years before bearing fruit. Then it will continuously grow and continue to bear fruit.

Bananas are cleaned and skinned. They are then divided into uniform slices. Subsequently, the slices are fried in a high quality palm oil, sunflower oil or coconut oil. Subsequently the slices are immersed in a boiling sugar solution which may be flavored with the addition of honey. This treatment ensures that the final product is sweet and crunchy. As a final step in the process, the slices are selected in size and thickness to be packaged.
